Discuss a Race Day Story

What we build into the brief

A focused plan
A short conversation about your car, timetable, priorities, sponsors and intended uses.
A story from the day
Action, people, preparation and car details, shaped by the agreed access and sessions.
An edited selection
A considered gallery of finished photographs, rather than an uncurated folder of everything shot.
Useful files
High-resolution photographs, agreed social crops and a sponsor selection within the gallery.
A clear handover
Image quantities, delivery dates, permitted uses and minor edit requests confirmed in writing.

Coverage is non-exclusive unless agreed otherwise. Video, social account management, additional cars and advertising usage are separate requirements.

04BEFORE YOU BOOK

The practical
details.

What will my quote include?

The named driver/car or team, agreed sessions and access, image count, early selection if required, final delivery date, file formats and permitted use. Travel and any agreed additional costs are included in the total before you decide.

Can my team and sponsors use the images?

Let us know which people or organisations need them and where they will appear. Your quote can include agreed organic use on named driver, team and sponsor channels. Paid advertising, resale and wider campaigns need a separate licence and scope.

When will I get the photographs?

We agree the delivery schedule before booking. If you need an early selection for a race update, mention that in your enquiry so it can be included in the brief.

Do you cover meetings outside the Midlands?

Yes. Gridside works UK-wide, with a preference for Midlands meetings. Share the circuit and date so we can check availability and include travel in the quote.

What if my programme or the event changes?

Cancellation, retirement, rescheduling and access arrangements are agreed before booking. We plan around the sessions and permissions available, rather than promising moments that may not happen.

How do I receive the files?

Through an agreed private download route. The delivery method, image quantities, file formats and any minor crop or colour adjustments are confirmed in the brief.
